Shipping Policy
We offer Express Post (Usually Takes 1-4 Business Days) Shipping for all our products.
We usually post all items from our Toronto based warehouse within the same day if you purchase before 2 pm. We maintain strict shipping cut-off times. Still, if you need your accessories urgently, you can email us. We will try our best to post your items within the same day. In that case, we suggest you complete the purchase before 4 pm.
If you receive the wrong items or are not satisfied with the products, please do let us know. We will resolve your issue as soon as possible. We recommend you keep the original envelope. Just in case if you need to return or exchange the item.
